Inauguration of Dwarkamayi & Bhumi Puja of Guru Bhagavat Tungi, Naraj, Cuttack, Odisha on 27th November 2018

Dr. C.B. Satpathyji inaugurated the Dwarkamayi temple (an approximate replication of Shri Sai Baba’s abode at Shirdi) at Naraj, Cuttack on 27th November 2018 in the presence of many dignitaries, Sai devotees & trustees of various Trusts from Odisha. In 2016, the Gurusthan was built beneath the Neem tree.

Installation of Guru Bhagavat Tungi, Gopalpur, Cuttack, Odisha on 28th November 2018

Shri Guru Bhagavat Tungi was installed at Gopalpur, Cuttack on 28th November 2018 by Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathyji. The event was organized by Sai Naivedya Trust and was attended by members of the Sai Naivedya Trust and the villagers of Gopalpur village who recited couplets from Shri Guru Bhagavat. In his address Dr. Satpathy spoke about the important role of Guru Bhagavat in everyone’s life.

Pran Pratistha of Shri Sai Baba Temple, Odia Bazar, Cuttack, Odisha on 28th November 2018

Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathyji attended the Pran-Pratistha ceremony of Shri Sai Karuna Dham Temple, Odia Bazar, Cuttack. This temple is located near the birth place of the famous freedom fighter Shri Subhash Chandra Bose.

Pran Pratishtha of Sai Baba’s temple at Hapur, UP

Shri Sai Baba temple – Sai Ashray, got constructed at Hapur by Shree Shirdi Sai Maharaj Seva Sansthan. The Pran Pratishtha ceremony was performed on the 7th of February 2019 by Dr. C.B. Satpathyji. He addressed over thousands assembled for the ceremony. Trustees of many adjoining Trusts of western UP, Delhi, Gurugram and other places attended the function.

VASANT UTSAV Celebration at Sai Ka Aangan, Gurgaon

The highlight of the event was the release of the book titled New Findings on Shirdi Sai Baba authored by Dr. Satpathy ji. Shri Rajeev Joshi, CVO, ONGC and Shri S. K. Ghai of Sterling Publishers were at the dais with Dr. Satpathy. The book contains lot of research materials on Shirdi Sai Baba and happenings around him, collected from rare documents collected from national archives, Police records, personal accounts and diaries in different languages. Later, the sixth volume of Shri Guru Bhagavat in Odia, was also released by Dr. Satpathy ji.

Shri Ajit Kadkade, renowned vocalist from Maharashtra, presented devotional songs followed by an exclusive medley of Kathak, Bharatnatyam and Odishi dance performances by students of Smt. VaniMadhav, Founder Director of ‘Nrityadhara’. An in-house enactment of a short play titled Shri Guru Bhagavat ke Panno Sae, based on Shri Guru Bhagavat and directed by Shri PrakharGautam, Founder of Parindey Storyteller Theatre Group, Gurgaon and organized by Shri PuneetKhanduja of Tamasha Entertainment Production House, Gurgaon, won applause from the spectators.

Dr. Satpathy ji enlightened the assembled guests on the path shown by Sai Baba to knowledge and happiness. All the performing artists were felicitated by Dr. Satpathy ji. Ms. Kumkum Bhatia, Managing Trustee, gave the Vote of Thanks. Smt. JyotsnaRai, former news reader at Doordarshan, was the Master of the Ceremony.

Pran Pratishtha of Sai Baba’s temple at Naubatpur,Bihar

Dr. C.B. Satpathy ji performed the Pran Pratishtha of Shirdi Sai Baba idol at a newly built temple at Naubatpur, Patna on 16th February 2019. Earlier, he had performed the Shilapoojan of this temple in Dec 2017. The Temple is managed by Shri Sai Sadhana Mandir Trust. Shri Govind Sharma and Sarojbala Sharma are the Trustees. A large number of local devotees and Trustees from temples of Bihar, Jharkhand and Assam attended the function.

Trustee Meet, Patna, Bihar

Sai Angna Trust, Bihar organized a Shirdi Sai Baba temple’s Trustee meet at Patna on 15th February in presence of Dr. C.B. Satpathyji. Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IDES,Director Defence Estates, Pune is the main trustee of Sai Angna Trust.It was attended by more than 25 Trusts of Bihar. Dr. Satpathy ji in his address expressed happiness about growth of Sai movement in Bihar. He stressed about Worshiping Baba with Bhava. There should not be competition of Bhakti among devotees. Trustees from Assam, Jharkhand, Delhi, and Gurgaon also participated in the event.

Pran Pratishtha of Sai Baba’s temple at Darbhanga, Bihar

Inauguration of the Shirdi Sai Baba temple and Pran Pratishtha of Sai Baba’s statue was done by Shri C.B. Satpathy ji on 17th Feb 2019 in Darbhanga. The temple has been constructed under aegis of Sai Mithila Parivar Charitable Trust. This is the first major temple of Shirdi Sai Baba in Mithilanchal region of Bihar. Shri Arun Kumar, DG RPF, is the main trustee. Trustees from Delhi, Gurgaon, Deoghar, Patna, Pune, Nainital and other places participated in the event. After the Pran Pratishtha of Shri Sainath, Dr. Satpathyji addressed the devotees.

Shri Guru Bhagvat Prasanga, C.R.Park, New Delhi

On 17th March 2019, the Bengali residents of Delhi held “Shri Guru Bhagvat Prasanga” – a discussion session to understand the path of Gurus. Dr. C.B. Satpathyji, answered the questions in conversation with Shri Satinath Mukhopadhyay, a famous TV anchor of Kolkata. It included excerpts and explanations from Dr. Satpathy’s book “Shri Guru Bhagvat” (Vol 1). The event, was organized at the Netaji Subhas Hall, Kali Mandir, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi and was attended by journalists, academics, scholars, writers, musicians, corporate members, devotees and followers from different spiritual organizations. Mrs. Sandhya Banerjee helped in organising the event.

Inauguration of Administrative Building, Sai Dham, Tankapani Road, Bhubaneswar

Dr. C. B. Satpathyji inaugurated the newly constructed administrative building and a wellness center cum dispensary inside the premises of 'SAIDHAM', Shirdi Sai Baba temple, Tankapani road, Bhubaneswar on 22nd Mar 2019.

Shri Guru Bhagavata Question-Answer Session, Naraj, Odisha

In a question answer session on Shri Guru Bhagavata organized at Dwarkamai temple, Naraj-Marthpaur Railway station, Cuttack, Odisha, Dr. C. B. Satpathy addressed a large number of devotees, spiritual seekers and media persons and answered a number of questions from the mundane to spiritual. The Prarthana TV, a popular devotional channel of Odisha, recorded the entire daylong event in two sessions on 23rd March 2019. The programme will be telecast on channel. The team members of Prarthana channel along with Shirdi Sai servants’ society Trust under the trusteeship of Shri Satya Khadagrai arranged the event. The conversation was based on the six volumes of Shri Guru Bhagavata, a monumental creation of Dr. Satpathyji.

Book Release function –Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Shirdi Sai Global Foundation organized a book release at Hotel Sandy's Tower, Bhubaneswar on 23rd March 2019. Dr. C.B. Satpathyji was the Chief Guest. Justice Shri Pramath Patnaik, Odisha High Court and Justice Shri B.K. Patel, Chairman, State Consumer Forum, Odisha were the Guests of Honor. Two books authored by Dr. Satpathyji were released, namely "Shri Guru Bhagabata Prarthana" in Odia and "New findings on Shirdi Sai Baba" in English language based on some hitherto unreported facts related to Shirdi Sai Baba.
