Visit to Prati Dwarkamai temple at Naraj, Cuttack, Odisha

Dr. C.B. Satpathyji visited the Prati Dwarkamai Temple, Naraj, Odisha on 22nd February 2021. He also visited the construction site of Shree Guru Bhagabat Tungi and Shri Guru Nivas Sthana. Land measuring 9,800 sq feet adjoining the main temple was purchased within a short span of time. The construction work of Shri Guru Bhagabat Tungi and Shri Guru Nivas Sthana started under Dr. Satpathyji's guidance. Dr. Satpathyji addressed the devotees. Shri Satyabrata Sahu, IAS, Principal Secretary, Govt of Odisha, felicitated him on behalf of the trust by presenting Anga Vastra, ‘sirastrana’ and a momento. Smt. Sonali Sahu moderated the program. An audiovisual on Shri Guru Bhagabat and Satpathyji were played on the occasion. He also felicitated Shri Satyabrata Sahu, IAS, Shri Soumendra Mohanty, architect of the Shri Guru Bhagabat Tungi project and Smt Sonali Sahu, who has been moderating Shri Guru Bhagabat in the online platform for the last one year due to the pandemic. Trustees of Shri Guru Bhagabat Tungi from different places and the devotees doing Shri Guru Bhagabat Parayan online since last year were also felicitated. Satya Khadgarai gave the vote of thanks.

Visit to Guru Bhagavat Tungi, Gopalpur Cuttack, Odisha

On 20th February 2021, Dr. Satpathy visited the Shri Guru Bhagavat Tungi, Gopalpur, Cuttack established on 28th December 2018. On behalf of the Tungi, he was welcomed by Tilak and Garland. The “Pita Mata Stabak” of the 8th volume of Shri Guru Bhagavat was recited by the members of the Tungi. Besides this, a Guru Prathana and a Jagannath Prathana written and composed by him was also recited. He unfurled Shri Guru Bhagavat Flag, Shri Guru Bhagavat Garden, Shri Guru Bhagavat canopy (chandua), Shri Guru Bhagavat Cup, Key Ring, chakkisila and also Shri Guru Bhagavat ‘Suddhajhara’.

Visit to Guru Bhagavat Tungi- Jhartangi, Khordha, Odisha

On 21st February, 2021, Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathyji visited Guru Bhagavat Tungi at Jhartangi, Khordha. Due to the strict implementation of Covid-19 restrictions, only around 150 devotees witnessed this grand event. On his arrival, Satpathyji was welcomed with the famous “Warrior dance” of Khordha. After paying obeisance to Lord Jagannath and Sri Sainath at the Tungi, he addressed the devotees. This is the second Guru Bhagavat Tungi that has been built at Khordha and there are two more already in operation in Odisha.

Visit to Guru Bhagavat Tungi, Lokeswarpur, Pala, Khurda, Odisha

Dr. Satpathyji visited Guru Bhagavat Tungi at Lokeswarpur, Pala, Khurda on 21 February 2021. He attended the programme on "Pitamata Stabaka" (Volume-VIII, Shri Guru Bhagwat) arranged by the Tungi trust and addressed the devotees. This Tungi was inaugurated by Dr. Satpathyji on 31st December 2020 (in an online programme).

Pranpratishtha of Shirdi Sai Baba temple at Karanji, Tangi, Odisha

Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathyji performed the Pranpratishtha of Shri Sainath temple (Sai Banasthali) and inaugurated Shri Guru Bhagabat Tungi built on the typical ancient ‘gurukulashram’ design, On 20th February 2021 at Karanji in Tangi, Odisha. The temple has been built on two acres of land adjacent to a natural stream surrounded by mountains, forest and tribal population.

Online Pranpratishtha Of Shirdi Sai Baba temple at Kahilipara, Guwahati, Assam

In an online event, organized by Kailash Nath Sarma Trust, Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathyji performed the Pranpratishtha of Shri Sainath temple at Jatia, Kahilipara, Guwahati, Assam on 15th February 2021.

Vasant Utsav (Online Celebration), Sai Ka Aangan, Gurugram

Last year, Vasant Utsav, the annual programme of Sai Ka Aangan, Gurgaon, was celebrated for the nineteenth year on Basant Panchami, organized under the aegis of Shirdi Sai Global Foundation. This year, the celebration was virtual on 16th Feb'2021, considering the government restrictions on social gatherings due to the Corona pandemic. It was broadcast for the audience through zoom and the Temple’s YouTube channel. After a formal virtual welcome of Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathyji, Founder Chairman, Shirdi Sai Global Foundation, the ceremonial lamp was lit to begin the festivities. Vocal music offerings in Raag Pahaadi by Anamya Mongia from the USA, created an atmosphere of the springtime merriment. In - house staff of the Aangan carried out Shri Sainath’s Palki procession, which was followed by melodious devotional musical renderings of Dr. Satpathyji’s compositions by Shirdi Sai Global Foundation Children’s Choir. With the environment thus filled with a festive spirit, a documentary showcasing the experiences and reflections of the children of the Aangan was screened. The cultural show ended with a vibrant Kashmiri dance performance by Aangan devotees. In his discourse Dr. Satpathyji highlighted the importance of the customary celebration of Vasant Utsav at Sai Ka Aangan since 2003, wherein prominent artistes have been recognized. He mentioned that the Aangan is a ‘parivaar’ and children have undergone holistic development while singing, learning, playing, painting and participating in various activities in its premises. This, in turn, has taught them to live life fruitfully. He thanked all those who contributed to the organization of the virtual Utsav.

The programme was compered by Smt. Jyotsna Rai and Shri Abhijit Narayan. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Ms Kumkum Bhatia.

Online Release of Shri Guru Bhagwat Vol I & II (Sindhi translation)

The Sindhi translation of the first two volumes of `Shri Guru Bhagwat’ were released by Dr. C. B. Satpathyji through an online event organized by Sai Kripa Sansthan, Nagpur in association with Shri Shirdi Saibaba Spiritual & Charitable Trust, Chennai; Sai Charan Trust, New Delhi and Sai Items Innovatives, Gurugram, on 16th February 2021. Shri Ghanshyam Hasananda Kukreja, Vice President, National Sindhi Language Promotion Board introduced the book. The Sindhi translation was done by Shri Muraj Dialani. In his address, Dr. Satpathyji informed the audience about the features and utilities of the Shri Guru Bhagwat.

Talk on Character building and understanding of ‘Guru Tattwa’

Dr. C. B. Satpathy addressed the students of DAV Public School, Bhubaneswar, their parents and the faculty members of DAV groups of eastern regions on "Character Building and Understanding Gurutatwa" on 22nd January 2021 in an online event organized by Regional Officer, DAV Institutions, Odisha. In his speech Dr. Satpathyji, emphasized the role of parents in character building of students and teaching them about environmental protection. He suggested that environmental management should also be a subject in the school curriculum.

Inauguration of Shri Guru Bhagwat Tungi, Jhartangi, Khordha, Odisha

Dr. C.B. Satpathy inaugurated Shree Guru Bhagwat Tungi located at Jhartangi, Khordha through an online event on 24th December 2020. Group singing of Shri Guru Bhagwat was conducted by the members of Shri Guru Bhagwat Mahima Trust. A “Pala” (a traditional singing style of Odisha) on Shree Guru Bhagwat was also organized. In this online event, with Dr. Satpathyji’s consent, the construction work started for the Guru Bhagwat Tungi at Naraj, Cuttack, Odisha.

Online Release of Shri Guru Bhagwat Thamizh (Tamil)

The Thamizh (Tamil) translation of the first two volumes of `Shri Guru Bhagwat’ were released by Dr. C. B. Satpathyji through an online event organized by Shri Shirdi Sai Spiritual and Charitable Trust (Chennai) on 25th December 2020. Smt. Subhasree Tanikachalm, the famous producer from the South Indian television industry introduced the book. The Thamizh (Tamil) translation of Volume I was done by Shri. A. Ratankumar and Shri R. Ramanathan. Volume II was translated by Shri. N. Balasubramaniam. In his address, Dr. Satpathyji, inter-alia, informed the audience about the features and utilities of the Shri Guru Bhagwat.

Online Shri Guru Bhagwat Book Release Ceremony

Vision Printers and Publishers, Bhubaneswar, along with Shirdi Sai Global Foundation, organized an online book release on 24th December 2020. Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathyji graced the event as the Chief Guest. Shri Guru Bhagwat Volume VIII in Odia and Shri Guru Bhagwat Volume VI & VII in Hindi authored by Dr. Satpathy ji were released by him on this occasion. Shri Rajeev Chandra Joshi (IAS) introduced the Hindi Guru Bhagwat Vol- VI & Vol -VII. Professor Dr. Deepa Padhi introduced Shri Guru Bhagwat (Odia), Volume – VIII. Dr. Bijay Kumar Sahoo, Founder, Sai International School, Bhubaneswar coordinated the program.
