Established on March 25, 1995, under the divine guidance of Guruji Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy Ji, the temple has been a beacon of faith and devotion for Sai Baba's followers. After years of dedication, the temple was inaugurated by Dr. Satpathy Ji on April 12, 2000, marking a significant milestone in its journey.
On April 2, 2025, Sai Charan Temple celebrated its Silver Jubilee at Tapaswini Auditorium, Sambalpur, Odisha. This grand event was a tribute to 25 years of devotion and spiritual service. The celebration featured a variety of cultural performances by children and devotees, all centered around the theme of Shri Shirdi Sai Baba.
