On the 20th Jan 2026, Sri Sai Centre, Jamshedpur, witnessed a spiritually uplifting occasion with the visit of revered spiritual leader Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy. The announcement of his visit was made earlier during a press conference held at the Centre, presided over by S. K. Behera, President of Sri Sai Centre, in the presence of office-bearers and devotees.The occasion carried deep spiritual resonance, as Dr. Satpathy had earlier performed the Prana Pratishtha of the temple on October 28, 2012, symbolizing a sacred bond between the Centre and the revered master.
During this visit, Dr. Satpathy offered prayers at the main sanctum and paid respects at Dhuni Mayee and other shrines within the temple premises.
The cultural segment of the event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Dr. Satpathy, followed by a felicitation ceremony conducted by Shri Vijay Mehta.In his discourse, Dr. Satpathy reflected on the concept of Manabvadita and emphasized the guiding role of a Sadguru (Perfect Master) in human transformation. His message inspired deep devotion and reflection among listeners.The visit drew a large gathering of devotees and followers of Shirdi Sai Baba from across India.
The event was also attended by distinguished guests including Government bureaucrats, Ms. Daisy Irani, and officials from Tata Steel, adding to the sanctity and significance of the occasion.
