Donation of Oxygen concentrators to OSMCL, Odisha by CBS Cultural Foundation
On the 31st of August 2021, for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2, C B S Cultural Foundation donated 21 oxygen concentrators. Once the concentrators reached Bhubaneswar, they were handed over to Odisha State Medical Corporation Ltd. (OSMC).
Yamini Sharangi, Managing Director at OSMC was also present there along with Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra, the Additional Chief Secretary at OSMC.
At this, Dr. C B Satpathy commented, "When the time changes, the threshold area of two types of qualities expands and five types of energies are in action, namely- one's inherent power (Aatmashakti), the state's power (Rajyashakti), the power of science (Vigyanshakti), the strength of culture (Sanskritikshakti) and the divine power (Ishwaryashakti) . When Lord Jagannath is with us and all these powers are with us, then we should gather our inner strength (Aatmashakti) and take the initiative to support our society through trying times." On behalf of the Govt. of Odisha and health dept that he holds, Mr. Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra, thanked Dr Satpathy for the donation of the oxygen concentrators and promised that the same would be used properly.
