On the eve of its 32nd Annual Day Celebration, Hasya Bikasa Kendra, Cuttack, organised the Commemoration Seminar of Faturananda on 14th July 2017 at Odisha Rajya Abhilekhagara Auditorium, Bhubaneswar. Dr C. B. Satpathy graced the occassion as the Chief Guest. Shri Pitabasa Routrai was honored with the "Kantakabi Purashkar - 2016" by Dr. C.B. Satpathy on this occassion. This event also marked the presence of Shri Manoranjan Panigrahi (Commissioner cum Secretary PR and Culture in Odisha) & Shri Anadi Sahu (Chairman, Hashya Bikasa Kendra).
