To recognize the eminent musicians, Smti Kalyani Bhattacharjee and Smti Shyamamani Devi from Orissa,  a function was held on 4th February 2017 at  IDCOL Auditorium Bhubaneswar organized by Shri Shirdi Sai Spiritual, Social and Cultural Trust, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy was the Chief Guest in the function and presented “Divya Sangeet Shiromani Awards” to these musicians. 
 

Speaking on occasion Dr. Satpathy emphasized on the role of music In life and appreciated the contribution made by the musicians who were honored. He urged upon all present, to strive for selfless service and explained further the Karma Theory through some aspects of cause, action and its effect.
